The Bachelor in Human Capital Management (Honours) at UCSI University is designed to equip students with the strategic skills and practical knowledge necessary for effective people management in today’s dynamic business environment. The program covers key areas such as talent management, performance evaluation, organizational development, and employment law, blending academic theory with real-world application.

Through internships, industry projects, and hands-on learning experiences, students gain valuable insights into aligning human capital strategies with business goals. Graduates will be well-prepared for careers in human resource management, organizational consulting, and related fields. Additionally, the program provides a solid foundation for those wishing to pursue further studies in HR or management, enhancing their career opportunities in the field.

Entry Requirements

STPM

Pass with minimum grade C (GPA 2.0) in any 2 subjects and pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level, or equivalent.

شروط القبول

البكالوريوس: الثانوية مع معدل مرتفع، أو الفاونديشن، أو الدبلوم.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 5.5 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
