Entry Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, Malaysian Qualifications Framework) in relevant field with minimum CGPA of 2.50, or its equivalent qualifications as approved by the HEP Senate

Sudanese Student Administration Fee Waiver
Up to 50% coverage
A 50% discount is applied exclusively to the administration fee for Sudanese students. This waiver is deducted from the administration fee only and is secured upon applying to the City University Offer Letter.

Master's: a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Typically IELTS 6 or equivalent (TOEFL / PTE). Some universities offer a preparatory English program if you haven't reached the score yet.
