Program overview

The Bachelor of Quantity Surveying with Honours program at UTM University Malaysia prepares graduates to effectively manage construction costs, project procurement, contract administration, and provide advice on development economics and contractual matters. The program equips students with technical expertise, professional competency, and economic evaluation skills. Graduates will also develop a professional and ethical approach to personal development and career aspirations.

Entry Requirement

  • Senior High School Certificate or equivalent / Pre-University qualifications.
  • Pass the English proficiency requirements.
  • Pass the UTM interview - if applicable.

Entry requirements

Bachelor's: strong high-school results, a foundation, or a diploma.

Typically IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (TOEFL / PTE). Some universities offer a preparatory English program if you haven't reached the score yet.
