The Doctor of Philosophy in Facilities Management (Research) at UTM University Malaysia is part of a broader range of doctorate programs offered by the faculty, which includes architecture, quantity surveying, urban and regional planning, and transportation planning These programs are entirely research-based, allowing students to conduct original research under the guidance of experienced supervisors, all of whom hold PhDs

This structure fosters a deep exploration of facilities management, enabling graduates to contribute significantly to the field through their research outcomes.

Entry Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other Institutions of higher learning recognised by the Senate.

For other qualifications and certificates (e.g.,,Other qualifications equivalent to a Master’s degree , etc..) please contact our educational consultants or submit your application for Admission assessment.

الدكتوراه: شهادة ماجستير ومقترح بحثي.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 6 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
