The Doctor of Education program is a rigorous doctoral program designed for experienced education professionals seeking leadership roles. It offers opportunities to enhance expertise, leadership skills, and make a significant impact through research and practice, aiming to produce educational leaders capable of shaping and transforming educational policies and systems.

Entry Requirements

Master’s degree (Level 7 Malaysian Qualifications Framework) or equivalent as approved by the HEP Senate

For other qualifications and certificates (e.g., UEC, Foundation, STAM, etc..) please contact our educational consultants or submit your application for Admission assessment.

Future Careers

leadership positions in education, including roles as school administrators, policymakers, curriculum developers, academic deans, professors, and educational consultants, where they can influence policy, innovate practices, and improve student outcomes.

  • Sudanese Student Administration Fee Waiver

    تغطية حتى 50%

    A 50% discount is applied exclusively to the administration fee for Sudanese students. This waiver is deducted from the administration fee only and is secured upon applying to the City University Offer Letter.

شروط القبول

الدكتوراه: شهادة ماجستير ومقترح بحثي.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 5 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
