The Bachelor of Real Estate with Honours program at UTM University Malaysia is the country's first real estate degree program. It is designed to meet the diverse needs of real estate professionals and covers disciplines such as valuation, property management, economics, law, and ICT. The program emphasizes both technical expertise and soft skills, aligning with industry guidelines from BOVEAP.

Entry Requirement

  • Senior High School Certificate or equivalent / Pre-University qualifications.
  • Pass the English proficiency requirements.
  • Pass the UTM interview - if applicable.

For other qualifications and certificates (e.g., UEC, Foundation, STAM, etc..) please contact our educational consultants or submit your application for Admission assessment.

شروط القبول

البكالوريوس: الثانوية مع معدل مرتفع، أو الفاونديشن، أو الدبلوم.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 5.5 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
