The Bachelor of Maritime Operations (Hons) program at UniKL University Malaysia focuses on non-engineering areas of the maritime industry. It offers courses in Maritime and Transport Operations, Business Management, Freight Logistics, Maritime Law and Insurance, and Marine Science and Technology. The program aims to develop knowledgeable and competent graduates with leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Lifelong learning, professionalism, and business abilities are also emphasized. The program's learning outcomes include applying knowledge in maritime activities, problem-solving, effective communication, understanding societal issues, and lifelong learning.

Entry Requirement

STPM:

Pass STPM or its equivalent with at least Grade C (GP2.0) in any 2 subjects, and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level, or any equivalent qualification

Future Careers

The Bachelor of Maritime Operations (Hons) program equips students with the necessary competencies and knowledge in shipping business, maritime operations, and management. They gain industrial exposure through seminars, talks, exhibitions, and visits to relevant companies and agencies. Graduates have opportunities for executive positions and skilled work in industries such as maritime transport, ports, freight logistics, oil and gas, as well as roles in the public sector, including customs, marine departments, enforcement agencies, and the navy.

شروط القبول

البكالوريوس: الثانوية مع معدل مرتفع، أو الفاونديشن، أو الدبلوم.

عادةً IELTS بدرجة 5 أو ما يعادلها (TOEFL / PTE). بعض الجامعات توفر برنامج لغة تحضيري لمن لم يحقق الدرجة.

تختلف الشروط الدقيقة حسب التخصص، وقد تُطلب شهادة لغة إنجليزية مثل IELTS أو ما يعادلها.
